The Employee Relations Coordinator assists the leaders in the development and enhancement of Human Resource policies, procedures, and actions that affect condition of employment. Will serve as liaison for all areas of Human Resources, providing resources, promotion of information and other materials via internal/external communications, Vision, newsletters, training  including General Orientation, team members promotional perks, award applications, etc.;  planning of employee engagement events applicable to HR, leadership, and hospital functions or requests. Supports the department in the areas of specific knowledge through report generation, demographic information analysis and research. The Coordinator is responsible for providing professional staff support to all team members within the system.

Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Products (Publisher, Excel, Adobe, Etc.)
- Prefer 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources with demonstrated ability in the areas of customer service, critical thinking skills, and interpersonal skills both oral and written, with poise, tact and diplomacy
