Education
Associate's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in two more of the following areas: general legal, contracts, probate, real estate, or business. Prefer candidates who are registered as a paralegal in the state of Florida. Candidates who do not possess an associate's degree yet but who have 5 or more years of experience (defined above) will be considered.

Excellent verbal and written communications, to include grammar and spelling proficiency, are essential. The ability to independently complete sophisticated assignments, understand complex business transactions and draft and edit grammatically perfect, well-written documents is essential. Must be able to expertly execute and operate various types of office equipment and current standard hospital word processing, database and spreadsheet software products. Work experience in an in-house legal setting in the health care industry is preferred
