Job Opening Summary

 

Analyze healthcare data using modern business intelligence and statistical tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets. Query clinical databases, create reports, develop dynamic dashboards, and generate visualizations that translate data findings into actionable recommendations to elevate both patient care and organizational performance. Distill complex clinical information into comprehensible and provide education on data interpretation to ensure all stakeholders understand and effectively utilize data insights for informed decision-making. Fostering collaborations for continuous improvement in patient care and promote a data-driven culture by ensuring data quality and reliability while enhancing data access and usability among stakeholders within the organization.

Job Opening Qualifications

 

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math), healthcare administration, public health, nursing or a related field is required.
  • A master's degree in healthcare analytics, healthcare administration, public health or related discipline or two years of experience in healthcare data analysis is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and mastery of advanced data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or other relevant software, is a prerequisite.
  • Familiarity with healthcare information systems and electronic health records (EHRs) is an added advantage.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to various audiences, including executives and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment are essential.
